Sasha L Winters, M.S., CCTP, NCC, LPC
Sasha is a Masters level clinician, certified in trauma therapy and Licensed to Practice in PA. Her bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Disability Studies is from Shippensburg University. As well as a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
Sasha has experience working to support individuals with, but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, and Substance Use Disorders. Her professional and personal experiences have shown that there is not just one way to heal. Each person walks their own path. Needing it to be specifically designed for them.
Therefore, she ask you to take the lead in creating your own path. She will walk along side as a guide.
Sasha uses: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) techniques in her approach.

Hi, I’m Charlene Benefiel
Charlene Benefiel, CCTP, LPC
Charlene is aLicensed Professional Counselor. She has extensive experience helping individuals heal from trauma and move toward a more fulfilling life. Her experience includes a strong background in supporting clients through a wide range of challenges including: depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders, and complex life transitions.
In addition to trauma-focused work, Charlene also provides support for relationship concerns. This includes couples therapy, navigating divorce, co-parenting and custody-related issues. She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and across various age groups. Allowing her the exposure to tailoring care to meet each individual's needs.
Some of Charlene’s preferred approaches are person-centered, strength-based, and grounded in trauma-informed care. She utilizes evidence-based techniques such as positive psychotherapy and other proven interventions; to promote healing and growth. Her goal is to create a validating, supportive space. Where clients feel safe exploring their challenges and empowered to create lasting change.
Charlene currently offers mental health services virtually, providing flexibility and accessibility.
Charlene earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Waynesburg University. Where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Social Science and a minor in Psychology. She later earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with honors.
Charlene’s passion for helping others is deeply personal. This fuels her commitment to specialize in PTSD and trauma recovery. Inspiring her to help clients reconnect with meaning, happiness, and purpose in their lives. Charlene strives to help individuals make meaningful connections between their past experiences, current behaviors, and future goals.
